Dia de los Muertos

Tonight was the Day of the Dead celebration at our school.



The altar was amazing, taking up the whole stage. Notice Cobain, Joplin, and Hendrix.



The older boys got into the spirit. Quinn did his face painting, and I did Liam's. Liam won a drawing for Mexican bread from our new neighborhood bakery since he was dressed up.



There was music and a presentation at the cemetery, which we processed to from the school.



A highlight was the giant skeleton puppet.



Back to the school for performances and dancing.

A good time was had by all!
