Since I like to eat, practice yoga, and am planning a trip to Bali in September, this book was a happy accident. I'd heard good review about it, but didn't really know what the premise was until I opened it up (I stay away from reading the backs and reviews because I HATE to know what something is about beforehand). It is fairly hard for a 35 year-old mother of three to relate to a 35 year-old who's traveling in the world in search of *herself*, but it was still good reading.
